Here at Paréa Wine Bar and Café, we try to offer the most wholesome ingredients possible. Therefore, all of the fruits and vegetables we serve are 100% certified organic, as are several of the other products we use, such as the pita bread, the milk, butter, and eggs, the espresso, and most of the grains we use. We also try to buy from local producers whenever possible. We feel that serving quality food products is important not only for the improved taste over conventional foods, but also for the health of our customers, our staff, and ourselves.
Our goal is to provide the customer with simple, healthy foods to accompany our many food-friendly wines or to just enjoy on their own. We hope our offerings taste like homemade Mediterranean dishes you might enjoy at a family’s table in Greece or Spain – dishes that are real, simple, and delicious.
“Paréa” is a greek word that signifies a group of family members, friends and/or guests who gather together to eat good food, drink good wine and simply share each other’s company. Yiámas!
