All wines that are not sold by the glass are stored in a temperature-controlled unit set between 50 and 59 degrees F.
All wines by the glass are six ounces served in a 20-22 ounce glass. Tastes of wine are half-glasses of wine with a pour of three ounces.

A single vineyard wine made from 100% Aghiorghitiko grapes grown in the commune of Asprokampos at an elevation of 2,953 feet, this gorgeous wine displays aromas of strawberries, raspberries, chalk, salami, game, anise, and fennel.  It is quite tannic, very complex, with a very long lasting finish.

Ruby colored wine with a most beautiful bouquet of Mediterranean fruits on the nose; fig preserve, blood oranges, and dark chocolate. The palette begins with velvety cherries, firm tannins, and cloves dominate a dry finish.
